Problem
Billing plans are not displaying. Refer to the reference image below for more details.
The Change Plan page appears empty, preventing users from subscribing or changing their plans.
User wants to subscribe or change plan, but the screen appears empty.
Solution
This issue might be caused by an ad blocker extension in your browser. Please pause or disable the ad blocker for Crop.photo and reload the page. This should allow the billing plans to display correctly.
When the ad blocker is disabled, the subscription plans should appear on the screen.
The ad blocker will turn green and the Subscription plans will be loaded.
You can now subscribe to any plan of your choice.
If the Problem Persists
Try opening the page in Private/Incognito mode in your browser.
Use a different browser, such as Microsoft Edge.
