Crop.photo provides a convenient way to track your digital asset processing usage and monitor your billing credits. Understanding how much you’ve used and how many credits remain is essential to managing your workflow and ensuring you are subscribed to the best plan for you need.

Tracking Your Image Usage

You can easily view detailed statistics such as your image uploads, crops, background removals, automations etc on the Stats Page. Here’s how you can access this information:

Automation Stats: This section provides a breakdown of all the automations performed on your images, such as resizing, background removal, and face cropping. You can track how many of each type of automation has been applied over time.

Overall Image Stats: This section gives you insights into your overall image activity, including the number of uploads, total crops, backgrounds removed, and downloads. These metrics help you understand how many assets have been processed and what kind of operations have been applied.

To view this data:

• Navigate to the Stats section in the Crop.photo settings.

• Select the desired date range using the date picker at the top of the page.

• Review the detailed breakdown of automation and image processing activities.

This section will give you a clear view of how many assets you’ve processed and the different types of operations applied to them.

Monitoring Your Credit Balance

Managing your credits is essential for ensuring continuous access to Crop.photo’s features. In the Billing Page, you can easily keep track of your current credit balance and billing history.

Here’s what you can see:

Credits Remaining: Displays the total number of credits you have left. Each action, like resizing or background removal, consumes a certain number of credits, so it’s important to monitor this regularly.

Billing History: This section shows the detailed history of your credit usage, including how many credits were deducted for specific actions and when your credits were replenished (based on your monthly subscription plan).

Steps to view your credits

• Go to the Billing section in the settings.

• Review your remaining credits under “Credits Remaining.”

• Check your Billing History for a detailed audit log of your credit usage over time.

By reviewing these two sections regularly, you can stay on top of your usage and avoid running out of credits unexpectedly or incurring more expensive overages.
