📣 New features & enhancements

  1. Overage support: Service will continue even when you have run out of balance. Excess usage will be added as overage and charged when your subscription is renewed. You can also pay for the overage anytime using the Pay Now button on the billing page.

  2. Crop.photo will send out an email when you have run out of your subscription balance.

  3. All Stats page: All new stats page to display automation and image-related stats. Navigate to Home | Settings | All Stats page to view the stats.

🐞 Bug fixes

  1. Crop jobs are now more resilient and will be retried internally so that they can be completed in case of recoverable errors.

  2. Duplicate projects will be created with the default name “Untitled ..” to differentiate from the origin automation.

  3. The results page will now show the failed asset count. There will also be a separate failed icon and warning icon on the results page to indicate whether the image processing has failed or there is some warning.

🤧 Open issues & limitations

  1. Input images you upload can have larger pixel dimensions, such as 48MP. Still, the output sizes you select must be less than 25MP. For example, an output size of 5000x5000 pixels will be 25MP; this will work.

  2. But if you choose a larger output size, such as 6000x6000 pixels (30MP), that is not supported if background removal is selected.
