Deleting Your Files and Automations
Deleting Automation Projects
To delete any automation projects you have set up or completed:
Go to the Homepage > My Projects.
Locate and select the automation project you wish to delete.
Click the Delete Automation - this will remove all files and data associated with it
Once you delete all the projects you will be in a clean slate with all your data removed
Deleting Uploaded Files
To delete uploaded files prior to starting an automation or crop:
Navigate to the 'Select Media' section within the UI.
Here, you will find the option to delete all your files.
Billing and Payment Information
For Free Trial Users:
You are not billed for any usage during the free trial as you are granted free credits.
Our billing section will display the free credits consumed during your trial.
Since we do not capture payment information during the free trial period, there's no need to delete payment details post-trial.
For Paid Plan Users:
If you are on a paid plan, we capture credit card details to manage any potential overages or service renewals.
If you decide to delete your files, please note that certain billing information may be retained for legal and accounting purposes. This information will be used solely to settle any outstanding balances or to comply with legal requirements.
Steps to Delete Your Account
If you decide to completely delete your account, here's how you can do it:
Contact our team through the Chat from within our app to authenticate you.
Provide them with your account details including:
Full NameEmail Address you Registered With
Login Method: Google, Direct Login via user/password etc
Reason for deletion (optional)
Action Requested: Please clearly confirm your intention by including in the request PERMANENTLY DELETE MY ACCOUNTOur team will guide you through the process and ensure that all your data is permanently removed.
