Open Background Cleanup tool
Option 1: Simply hover your mouse over the thumbnail in the output panel and click on the brush icon.
Option 2: Click on the thumbnail to open the large preview of the cropped image, and then look for the brush icon in the toolbar. See the animation below:
Using the Background Cleanup tool
Erase: Activate the erase tool by pressing E or clicking on the Erase button.
Then, simply drag the mouse over the area you want to remove.Restore: Activate the erase tool by pressing R or clicking on the Restore button.
Again, drag the mouse over the area you want to bring back.βοΈ For greater precision and control, adjust the brush thickness and zoom in or out on the image. This will allow you to make more detailed changes and ensure that your edits are as accurate as possible. Simply use the brush size slider to adjust the thickness of the tool, and use the zoom function to get closer to the specific area you want to edit.
π€¦ If you make a mistake, don't worry - you can easily reset your changes or use the undo/redo function to go back and forth through your recent steps.
β Once you are done, hit the Finish button to apply your changes to the high-res image and create a new output file!

Revert your changes
If you are not satisfied with the changes you have made and want to go back to the original image, simply follow these steps:
Click on the three dots (...) on the thumbnail.
Select the Revert option from the menu.
This will undo all of the changes you have made and restore the image to its initial state before any edits were made by you.

Troubleshooting
UI stuck at saving changes
If the user interface appears to be stuck while saving changes, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
Click outside of the UI or press the Escape key on your keyboard to exit the saving process.
Once you have exited the saving process, click on the Finish button again to save your changes.
If the issue persists, try reloading or refreshing the page in the Web browser .
Not seeing the saved changes
If you are not able to see the saved changes in the thumbnail or preview, follow these steps:
Refresh or reload the entire browser page to see if that resolves the issue.
If the changes still do not appear, wait for 1-2 minute and then refresh the page again.
If you are still not able to see the changes, it is possible that your changes were not saved and you may need to redo them. If you run into this issue, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance via the built-in support chat inside the app.
Background cleanup tool not loading or freezing
If you are experiencing issues with the background cleanup tool not loading or freezing, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Refresh or reload the entire browser page to see if that resolves the issue.
Try opening the application in browser's InPrivate or Incognito mode to rule out any issues caused by browser extensions or caches. If that fixes the issue, please cleanup your browser cache and try again
Make sure your browser is up to date.
Try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
