How It Works:

The AI Fashion Shoot creates realistic images by combining your uploaded product photo(s) with a model image and styling environment.

Follow these steps to produce your output.

Step 1: Upload Your Product Image(s)

  1. Navigate to AI Fashion Shoot in your Crop.photo dashboard.

  2. Select your Virtual Photoshoot Type:

    • Product On Model: Showcase a single product on a professional model. Ideal for PDP hero images and individual item displays.

    • Multi Product On Model: Style multiple products together on one model. Perfect for outfit combinations, product bundles, or showing customers how pieces complement each other.

  3. Click Upload Product Image(s) and select your image(s) (JPEG/PNG/WebP).

    • For Product On Model: Upload a single product image.

    • For Multi Product On Model: Upload multiple items that form a complete look (e.g., shirt, pants, shoes, accessories).

  4. Select a Category (Product On Model only)

    • Under Category, choose the product type (e.g., Apparel & Clothing, Beauty & Cosmetics, etc.)

    • This helps the AI determine the correct model fit and context.

    • Note: Category selection is automatically handled for Multi Product On Model to ensure optimal styling of mixed product types.

  5. (Optional) Add Additional Context to improve accuracy.

    • Product On Model example: "Slim-fit men's t-shirt with round neck."

    • Multi Product On Model example: "Business casual outfit for men, featuring navy blazer and khaki chinos."

Step 2: Select a Model

  1. Choose one of the following options:

    • Preset Models: Pick from the available library (male, female, diverse ethnicities, and body types).

    • Custom Model: Upload a photo of your preferred model.

Once selected, the AI automatically merges your product(s) with the chosen model. For Multi Product On Model, the AI intelligently layers and positions all your products to create a natural, polished look.

Step 3: Adjust Model Attributes and Pose

Customize how your product(s) appears on the model:

  • Facial Expression: Select from presets (neutral, smiling, confident).

  • Pose: Choose a predefined pose (standing, seated, walking).

  • Camera Angle: Select the view (front, side, three-quarter).

  • Hand Position: Specify placement (e.g., holding product, hands on hips).

These options let you position the model just right, so your product(s) get maximum attention. For Multi Product On Model, poses are optimized to ensure each item in your bundle gets proper visibility while maintaining a natural, editorial look.

Step 4: Configure Background and Lighting

Define the visual environment for your product image.

  • Lighting Style: Choose between studio, daylight, or mixed light.

  • Color Temperature: Adjust warmth or coolness to match brand tone.

  • Background Options:

    • Use Original Background: Keep the model’s existing background.

    • Plain Studio Backdrop: Clean, neutral setting ideal for marketplaces.

    • Match Dominant Color: Generate a background based on your product’s primary color.

    • Transparent: Export with a transparent background for reuse.

    • White: Professional, catalog-style background.

    • Solid Color: Apply a specific brand color (HEX-supported).

    • AI Generated: Describe the desired look (e.g., “urban outdoor” or “soft studio”) and let AI create it.

Step 5: Review Your Settings

Review all settings in the Summary Panel:

  • Product image(s) and arrangement

  • Model and pose details

  • Background style

To make changes, select Edit beside the section.

Once satisfied, click Generate Image.

The system will process your image and display the final output.

Click Download.
