Downloading Your Crops

Learn how to download your crops or resolve common download problems

Once the project automation is completed, you can download or export your crops from the summary view.

To download all your crops

  • Click on your completed project from the Home screen.

  • Navigate to the top right corner of the summary page and click on the Download All button.

  • Just wait for the system to create a convenient Zip file with all your crops.

  • Once the Zip file is ready, initiate the download by clicking the download prompt.

Having trouble with the Download Zip feature?

  1. Download zip is throwing an Invalid argument error

    If you encounter an "Invalid Argument" error, it could be due to special characters in your project name.

    To resolve this, simply head back to the Home screen, rename your project by removing any special characters, and try downloading again.

    If you still face any issue, please report an issue to our support by clicking on the chat icon and following the prompts.

  2. Nothing is happening when I click on the Download All button

    If you click on the Download All button and nothing happens, follow these quick steps to resolve your issue:

    1. Click on the x icon to go back to the Home page.

    2. Reload your browser page.

    3. Reopen your project and try triggering the download dialog again.
