We send a verification code to your email address or your phone registered with our app. This number must be entered in the verification code dialog before you can continue. Tip: You can copy and paste the code you received, instead of entering each digit separately.

When do we send a verification code?

Typically, when you create a new account with us or if you forgot your password and need to reset it.

What to do if you don't receive the verification code?

  1. First thing is to check the email address or phone number that your entered is valid.

  2. Check your spam folder to see if the code got trapped there

  3. Try clicking the Resend button to get another code

If all of the above fails, please contact our support team via the chat and someone will try to help you.
