Why can’t I reset my password? (Google Sign-In Users)

If you’re unable to reset your password, it’s likely because your account was created using Google Single Sign-On (SSO).

When you sign up or log in with your Google account, your credentials are managed directly by Google — not by us. This means there’s no separate password stored in our system for your account.

How to log in:

  1. Make sure you’re signed in to your Gmail account in your browser.

  2. Open our app or website.

  3. Click “Sign in with Google.”

You’ll be logged in instantly — no password reset needed!

If you try to reset your password for a Google SSO account, the system will show the OTP screen, but you won’t actually receive any OTP email (since there’s no password associated with that account).
